EDO STATE DEVELOPMENT & PROPERTY CORPRATION

ESDPC was created in 1969 by the laws of Bendel State Edit No 3 of 1969 and amended by Edit 11 of 1979. Bendel Development and Property Authority (as it was then known) has its Mandate as the Real Estate Arm of the State and exercises this through the Planning,development,acquisition and sales of landed properties

The Corporation has estates in major cities of old Bendel State which enabled it to develop notable Estates in Benin, Warri, Sapele, Agbor, Ekpoma, Auchi, Sabongida-Ora, Igueben, Irrua, Ubiaja, amongst others.

Following the creation of Edo and Delta States from the Old Bendel State on August 27, 1991, the asset were duly divided across the new States and the Authority now became EDPA (Edo Development and Property Authority) which was later changed by the Immediate past Governor of Edo State Mr. Godwin Obaseki to ESDPC ( Edo State Development and Property Cooperation).

Our Mandate

ESDPC has the mandate to manage Government Asset generating revenue on behalf of the State Government. Notable amongst them are Edo House, Victoria Island, Warehouses at Isolo and Staff residence at Yaba all in Lagos State, Edo House, Abuja.
